- RDP Premium Wine Promotion 2008
- Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- Entry is only open to persons who are residents of Australia (except for residents of the Northern Territory) and are 18 years of age or over, ('eligible persons').
- The promotion commences 12:01am AEST on 01/12/08 and closes 11:59pm AEST on 30/11/09. ("Promotional Period"). Entries received after the closing date will automatically be entered in the following years prize draw.
- To enter the promotion, eligible persons must, within the Promotional Period, receive by post the RDP Premium Wine Entry Form, complete all details and return by reply paid post to the address on the Entry Form. Upon entering, eligible persons agree to receiving further information about Wine Consumption and Wine Investment and/or from carefully chosen third parties that from time to time RDP may provide your details to. All completed entries will go into the prize draw. Limit of one entry per person. No responsibility will be taken for entries lost, delayed or not completed properly.
- The draw will take place on 7/12/09 at 4pm AEST at 5/15 Grosvenor Street, Neutral Bay, NSW 2089.
- The first correct eligible entry drawn will receive a collection of Penfolds Grange. (Maximum retail value of the Prize is $2,000 including GST). Alternatively the person will receive a case of wine every month for twelve months commencing January 2010. Maximum retail value of the Prize is $2,000. Should the winner be drawn from NSW, by law they will be entitled to a maximum of 20 litres of wine and the difference in value in cash.
- Winner will be notified in writing and their name published in The Australian newspaper on 14/12/09.
- The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash.
- The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of an entrant being unable to satisfy these competition conditions, forfeiting or not claiming a prize. For any prize that remains unclaimed or forfeited through ineligibility or otherwise, the Promoter will conduct a further draw(s) at the same time and place as the original draw on 21/3/10 subject Reg 37 of the Lottery and Gaming Regulations 1993 (SA) and the winner will have their name published in The Australian newspaper on 28/3/10.
- Eligible entrants consent to the use and disclosure of their information for the purposes of this competition by The Promoter and its agents associated with this competition.
