Information on how to enter and prizes forms part of these conditions of entry. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- Entry is only open to persons who are residents of Australia (except for residents of the Northern Territory) and are 18 years of age or over, ('eligible persons').
- The promotion commences 12:01am AEST on 01/12/08 and closes 11:59pm AEST on 31/12/09. ("Promotional Period").
- To enter the promotion, eligible persons must, within the Promotional Period, receive by post the RDP Premium Wine Entry Form, complete all details and return by reply paid post or online entry form to the address on the Entry Form. Eligible persons agree to receive further information about Wine Consumption and Wine Investment upon entering. All completed entries will go into the applicable prize draw. Limit of one entry per person in each draw. No responsibility will be taken for entries lost, delayed or not completed properly.
- There will be four draws. The draws will take place at 4pm AEST at 5/15 Grosvenor Street, Neutral Bay, NSW 2089. All entries received from 01/12/08 to 28/02/2009 will be entered in Draw 1 on 06/03/09, all entries received from 01/03/2009 to 30/06/09 in Draw 2 on 07/07/09, all entries received from 01/07/09 to 30/09/2009 in Draw 3 on 09/10/09, and all entries received from 01/10/2009 to 31/12/09 will be entered in Draw 4 on 08/01/10.
- The first correct eligible entry drawn in each draw will receive a collection of Penfold’s Grange. (Maximum retail value of each Prize is $2,000 including GST). Alternatively the person will receive a case of wine every month for twelve months commencing April 2009 for Draw 1, August 2009 for Draw 2, November 2009 for Draw 3 and February 2010 for Draw 4. Maximum retail value of the total Prize pool is $8,000. Should the winner be drawn from NSW, by law they will be entitled to a maximum of 20 litres of wine and the difference in value in cash.
- Winner will be notified in writing and their name published in The Australian newspaper on 13/03/09 for Draw 1, 14/07/09 for Draw 2, 16/10/09 for Draw 3 and 15/01/10 for Draw 4.
- The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize is not exchangeable, transferable or redeemable for cash.
- Legal aged consumers should be advised to consider the safe drinking levels recommended in the National Health and Medical Research Council Australian Alcohol Guidelines that are:
Males: Up to 6 standard drinks on anyone day, no more than 3 days a week
Females: Up to 4 standard drinks on any one day, no more than 3 days a week

- The Promoter reserves the right to redraw in the event of an entrant being unable to satisfy these competition conditions, forfeiting or not claiming a prize. For any prize that remains unclaimed or forfeited through ineligibility or otherwise, the Promoter will conduct a further draw(s) at the same time and place as the original draw/s on 30/10/09 and 23/04/10 subject to state regulations and the winner/s will have their name/s published in The Australian newspaper on 06/11/09 and 30/04/10.
- Eligible entrants consent to the use and disclosure of their information for the purposes of this competition by The Promoter and its agents associated with this competition.
